Hi, my name is Alicia Martini Costa and I’m a Certified Consulting Hypnotist and practicing member of the National Guild of Hypnotists. I specialize in guiding people to access their inner resources needed to become the version of themselves they want to be, and experience life in a new way.

I became interested in hypnotherapy as part of my life-long curiosity about consciousness and the human experience. I do this work because it is satisfying and fulfilling to witness and be part of a transformational process. I combine hypnosis with neurolinguistic programming (NLP) and somatic experiences to guide clients through a process of change. Because these tools get at the root of our subconscious beliefs about ourselves and the world, the impact is lasting transformation.

I love to create a comfortable environment for people to be who they are, feel what they want to feel, and shift what they’ve been wanting to shift.
